Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phqueen account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phqueen employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phqueen reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.

phqueen accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. phqueen does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind.
The minimum deposit amount on phqueen is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. phqueen does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
